• Cosmetic Grade B:
  These units will have minor cosmetic blemishes from prior use. They may have scratches on the case, but the screen glass is not scratched. Laptops may have shiny keys on the keyboard and/or shiny surfaces around it, as well as other surface imperfections. Cosmetic blemishes will not affect the system’s overall functionality or performance.

• We are located in Kent, Washington and items can be picked up directly from our facility. Select the 'customer pickup' option during checkout for a pickup. You will be contacted when the item is ready for pickup.
• Sorry, we don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii without pre-arrangement. 

• WE DO NOT WARRANTY LAPTOP BATTERIES. Your refurbished machine will contain a used battery. By their nature batteries do not typically have long lives. We test batteries to ensure they are functional and hold a charge, but we do not guarantee the duration of that charge.   

• NO PARTIAL REFUNDS.  In general, we do not give partial refunds to resolve order issues.  For quality control and verification purposes, we prefer that the buyer returns the item for a refund or replacment. 
• Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of initial delivery. A 15% restocking fee is charged if the item went through a setup process. Only items with hardware issues can be returned during the 90 day warranty period.
