We guarantee that the products you purchase from 3R Technology will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Our standard warranty period is 90 days from the date of purchase. However, bulk product, wholesale lots and other items might carry different warranty terms. These terms are described in the product description. 3R Technology will repair or replace any defective component or the entire product as needed during the warranty period. All exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available, 3R Technology will offer a comparable product of equal or greater value.

We will first attempt to troubleshoot the issue. If at any point it is deemed that your product requires repair and is within the 90-day warranty period, we will provide an RMA number with further instructions.
We will email you a pre-paid retail shipping label for sending the item back to 3R Technology.

Batteries: WE DO NOT WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE LAPTOP BATTERIES. Your refurbished machine will contain a used battery. By their nature batteries do not typically have long lives. We test batteries to ensure they hold a charge, but we do not guarantee the duration of that charge. We guarantee the laptop will function utilizing the AC adapter included with your laptop purchase.
NOTE: New batteries can be purchased inexpensively from vendors on sites such as Amazon or eBay and will typically have around 2 hours of operating time on a full charge.

Data recovery is not included under this Warranty, and 3R Technology is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or repair.
Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of initial delivery. Only items with hardware issues that are covered by our 90-day warranty can be returned after the 14 days period.
If the item arrived damaged, or is dead on arrival and simply will not function, 3R Technology will refund the entire value of the items and will issue a pre-paid mailing label to cover the return shipping costs for the items.
Items that do not have hardware issues can be returned within the 14 days for a refund. No restock fee is charged if the item never completed a setup process. A setup process includes adding a username or agreeing to an operating system license. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A 15% restock fee is charged if the item went through a setup process. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All accessories that were originally shipped with the item must be included in the return. If not, only a partial refund will be applied.
All returned items must be approved by our eCommerce department before they are shipped back. You will be provided with a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) form to include with the package(s) via email.
Returns are generally processed within 2 business days of delivery at our facility. Once the return has been processed, the refund will be issued or exchange will be shipped. It could take an additional 3 days for funds to appear back in your account due to the varying processing time of different banks.
