After the purchase, you will be asked to provide a document that proves you are either low-income or with a nonprofit.  Documentation for  low-income includes EBT card, Medicaid, SSI, TANF, GA-U, DSHS support free or reduced school lunches

The Standard Laptop has everything you will need to get online and do basic computer work.  It includes a solid-state hard drive for fast startup and launch of applications.  It has plenty of power for most software programs and for doing Internet-based tasks, such as emails or online studies.  It has a built-in webcam for video chats.  Windows 11 Professional is pre-installed and licensed. 

This laptop may have signs of previous use, such as small scratches and wear.  The laptop has been fully tested and professionally refurbished.
