This laptop is discounted for low-income and nonprofit organizations.  No other discounts can be used to purchase this laptop. 

After the purchase, you will be asked to provide a document that proves you are either low-income or with a nonprofit.  Documentation for low-income includes EBT card, Medicaid, SSI, TANF, GA-U, DSHS support free or reduced school lunches, or any other document that shows you get government support. 

Nonprofits must provide an EIN number.

The Starter Laptop has everything you will need to get online and do basic computer work. It includes enough storage and power for most software programs and doing Internet-based tasks, such as emails or online studies. Windows 10 Professional and Office 2019 Home and Student with Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint are pre-installed and licensed. These laptops will have signs of previous use, such as small scratches. All laptops have been fully tested and refurbished.
