Free Shipping
Standard shipping is included on all orders.  We use UPS ground to ship and orders are generally fulfilled the next business day. 

Pickups
We are located in Kent, Washington.  Select the 'customer pickup' option during checkout for a pickup. You will be contacted when the item is ready for pickup.

Warranty
Our standard warranty period is 90 days from the date of purchase.
We do not warranty or guarantee laptop batteries.  Batteries will hold a charge, but the duration is unknown. 

Returns
Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of initial delivery. A 15% restocking fee is charged if the item went through a setup process.  Only items with hardware issues can be returned during the 90 day warranty period.
